Exploring how we sense, move, create and relate — and what becomes possible when we learn through the body.

My work brings together somatic movement, therapeutic practice, bodywork, breath, creativity and relational enquiry, offering different ways to explore experience, to become aware of limiting patterns and discover new possibilities.

Based in Stoke-on-Trent, I work with individuals, groups and practitioners through sessions, workshops, movement journeys and immersive training.

How do I get started?

You might come to Artful Body because something feels stuck, because you want to understand yourself differently, because you're curious about movement and creativity, or because you're looking for a deeper way of working with yourself or others.

There are different ways to begin; through individual practice, movement, bodywork, breath, creative enquiry, workshops and longer form immersions.

Ways to work with me:

1-1 Somatic Practice
Individual sessions combining somatic therapy, bodywork, breath and movement, shaped around what you need.

Somatic Movement
Movement journeys, creative enquiry and immersive experiences for exploring how we sense, move, create and relate.

Workshops and Facilitation
Experiential workshops and professional training bringing somatic movement, creativity, imagination and relational practice into different settings.
